As I do not have many commitments at the moment, sunny and warm day welcomes me to spend the day out. This time I chose Sydney Harbour National Park because it doesn't take a lot of time to travel from the place I am staying in. I took a ferry which is one of the most commonly used public transport here in Sydney. Going so close through the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, seeing the panorama of CBD, makes me sigh.
Ferry stopped at Taronga Zoo which seemed to be crowded and this time I decided to skip it and enjoy the bush-walking. Narrow path opens fabulous panorama of Sydney and most famous places of the city up.
Going up and down the hill, again and again I reached the Clifton Gardens Reserve where locals were having picnic, fishing on the wharf or just enjoying their time with their family. A cup of coffee at the super tiny cafe warmed me up for continuing the walk.
I had a goal to visit Balmoral beach and despite the fact that I missed the turn, I finally made it. Unfortunately, it didn't make any impression on me.
A half-day walk is finished. I am looking forward to visiting Royal National Park tomorrow.
